Mark Hines is an exercise physiologist and biomechanist, who lectures on various aspects of physiology, rehabilitation and research methods, and manages the human performance laboratory at BCOM.  He is also author of a number of titles on health, nutrition and his own ultra-endurance adventure racing career, and has published titles on nutrition and human evolution.
