BCOM has an international reputation for academic and research excellence

BCOM is internationally regarded as one of the UK’s best specialist osteopathic education institutions.

They are experts in the musculoskeletal system (joints, muscles and associated tissues) and its relationship to other systems of the body. Using manual therapy, health advice and sometimes exercise, osteopaths tailor their treatment approach to the needs of each individual.

The British College of Osteopathic Medicine’s courses are recognised by the General Osteopathic Council and we are quality assured by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education. Our courses are focused on the education and training of safe, competent and efficient practitioners of osteopathic medicine, with the teaching offered at BCOM receiving the highest praise at external review.

The College is known for its naturopathic approach to osteopathy as well as the friendliness and approachability of its staff, and the high level of support provided to students.
