At BCOM we have academic facilitators who play an important role in supporting new students in what is known as peer assisted learning.
The role of academic facilitators includes providing support to new students during their Masters in Osteopathy and helping them adapt to studying at University. This may be through running workshops and mentoring students in small groups or on a one to one basis. Advice and guidance is offered to new students in a mentoring role.
