Masters in Osteopathy

EU/International students £11,000 per annum

*A small increase linked to inflation may be added each subsequent year of your studies.

BSc (Hons) Osteopathy

2023/24 Academic Year

Year 1: £7,700

Year 2: £7,700

In addition to the annual course tuition fees, there are further requirements and costs for students on the Masters in Osteopathy course.

  • Enhanced DBS check
    £51.60 (From 1 July 2021)
  • Clinic coat (approx. £25)
  • Clinic equipment (approx. £200 for complete kit)
  • Massage oil (approx. £10)
  • Flexible spine (£40 deposit, refunded in Year 2)
  • First aid course (approx. £35 in Year 2)
  • Graduation ceremony (approx. £60)
    Guest tickets £10 each

      There are a number of options for funding available to students.

      Government Sources

      Most full time M.Ost UK and EU students who have not studied for a previous degree will be eligible for a tuition fee loan. The tuition fees are paid directly to the college on your behalf. You only start repaying the fees once you have graduated or left BCOM and are earning £27,295 or more per annum. Visit the Government Student Loans Guide website for more information.

      Student Finance

      There are also loans available to help with living costs if you are a full time English student and under 60 years of age. The amount that you are eligible for depends on where you live and study and your household income. For more information on student loan repayment click here.

      Extra Help

      There are a number of other grants and loans that are available to students with disabilities, dependants and children.

  • EU and International students studying in the UK
    • Tuition fees

      The fee arrangements for EU and International students intending to start their degree in 2022-23 academic year will be £11,000 per annum.

      Immigration requirements

      If you have arrived in the UK before 11pm on 31 December 2020:

      If you’re an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen and have been living in the UK before 31 December 2020, you and your family can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after 30 June 2021. The deadline for applying is 30 June 2021 and this is free of charge. Click here to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme.

      If you arrive in the UK after 11pm on 31 December 2020:

      EU, EEA and Swiss citizens who move to the UK after 11pm on 31 December 2020 will need to apply for a Student visa to study at BCOM. You must have enough money to pay for your course and support yourself in the UK.  You must prove your knowledge of the English language when you apply.  It costs

      • £348 to apply for a Student visa from outside the UK
      • £475 to extend or switch to a Student visa from inside the UK

  • Other Funding Sources
    • Osteopathic Foundation

      The foundation is able to offer interest free loans to students in the final two years of their degree in osteopathy. The amount available is dependent on the number of students requiring assistance. BCOM’s  Registry Team can help registered BCOM students with the appropriate paperwork.
