During the undergraduate study in Slovenia, Jost expanded his knowledge in various sports and he gained the coaching licences and certificates.
Later his passion for sport science prevailed and he performed and assisted several studies in cooperation between London Sport Institute, SportsInstitute in Ljubljana and Basketball Association of Slovenia. The latest research was presented in the British Association of Sport and Exercise Scientists Annual Conference and published in the Conference edition of The Journal of Sports Science. Jost joined BCOM in 2019 to lecture Physiology and Exercise Physiology in Year 1 and Year 2 and also to help with testing in the Research Laboratory.
